I noticed over the last days that syncing of my contacts wasn't working anymore. Yesterday I got the new OS update 10.1 for my Z10, but syncing still didn't work. As I noticed here, https://www.memotoo.com/how-to-sync-your-blackberry-z10-playbook.php, the settings had changed. Server address used to be www.memotoo.com:443, now it seems it is www.memotoo.com. I tried to add the card dav account again, but now I get an error message: : Your account could not be verified from your service provider. Check the account settings" (translated from Dutch)

Which e-mail address should I use? the one that I used to register, or, in my case, koekiemonster@memotoo.com
What is the correct server address?

I am dissapointed that there is no (fast) support. Barely a week after renewing my first month of succesful trying I am stuck with the settings, and there is no response on this forum, nor on my enquiry through the contact form.

My opinion. If you offer paid services, you should also offer good and fast support. If I had known this a week ago I would not have taken a full year membership.

Going to add the most important phone numbers by hand and look for another solution...

Is it possible to get my money refunded? I don't want to pay for a service with NO SUPPORT and which I can't use!!!

Hi Rens, the problem is that I have not BlackBerry Z10 so I can not tested Memotoo and the new OS 10.1 ...
Can you try again to add CardDAV on your Z10 ?

I tried, but no luck. I used these settings:
Username: Koekiemonster
E-mail address: the one I used to register, my @planet.nl address
Password: the one I also use for the site
server address: www.memotoo.com

It works. CardDav account can be created, and sync works again.
