Hi,

I successfully sync'd the contacts on my Sony Ericsson w850i several times up until the 19th Feb. Since then I have been unable to sync. I receive the following error message on the phone:

Session failed. Communication error. Check settings.

But I have not changed my settings.

Here are the settings:

Server address: https://sync.memotoo.com/syncml
Username:
Password :
Connection: E-Plus Web
Applications: Contacts ticked
App. settings:
Contacts:
Database name: contact
Username:
Password:
Sync. interval: off
Remote initiation: Always ask
Remote security:
Server ID: memotoo
Server password:

What is going wrong here?

I think that we have one problem with different phones (my post in bugs https://www.memotoo.com/forum/msg-4-6755-SyncML-Samsung.html#message6755). And memotoo have problems with support.

Hi

Strange because I think there is no change in the SyncML server since 19 february.
Can you try again to sync ? (I will log the synchronsation to see what is wrong)

With "Connection: E-Plus Web", you can connect to Internet ?

I tried to sync again at 10.28pm this evening (GMT+1). The sync failed. Please now take a look at your logs.

Yes, I can connect to the internet with E-Plus Web.
