iCal syncing issueRSS Feed

Hi there

For some reason, iCal on my MacBook Pro suddenly refuses to sync with my Memotoo account.

When I ask iCal to tell me what's wrong, I get the following message (where MYUSERNAME replaces my real username):

The calendar https://sync.memotoo.com/calDAV/MYUSERNAME/user/ was not found on the server. Make sure the URL is correct.

Since I didn't change the URL or any other settings before this issue arose, I'm a bit puzzled by the whole thing.

Any ideas what might have caused this problem? And any ideas how it might be solved? All suggestions are very much welcome!

What is the version of your Mac OS X ?
Can you try again to add the sync Memotoo and CalDAV in iCal ?

Thanks for your input. I'm running Mac OS X (10.6.8).

I tried resetting the sync earlier as you suggest by replacing the malfunctioning sync with a new one, and it actually worked. But only for a while... and then the problem came back.

I'll try the same procedure again (and hope I can remember which appointments I need to sync manually between the non-synced calendar and the new one....

It just happened again! But now I have an idea why: After setting up the account in iCal, I noticed that I had some calendars/categories in my list that I didn't want - calendars/categories like Untitled 1, Untitled 2 which I must have created by mistake at some point. So I deleted them in iCal, and immediately after doing this, the sync-issue was back. Undoing the deletion in iCal didn't help, but setting up the account from scratch did, and now it seems to be running smoothly. I've deleted the unwanted categories online in my calendar at memotoo.com, and this works perfectly. So it's only 'the other way' that seems to present a problem.
