Hello,
I'm a new user and no IT expert. I'd like to sync my outlook and have installed the plugin. I have ensured that the right URL is used (changed it in the registry, thank you for the useful guidance
Still, the sync won't start. It says the sync could not be finished due to a network error. Outlook is up and running (32 bit version), internet connection is ok. The error message pops up after I enter my password. Can there be a problem with special characters used in the password?

Hello Thomas,
yes, I used the secure URL, not the one in the screenshot. Today, when starting outlook, it collapsed and the error message said that there is a problem with funambol plugin and that it is recommended to deactivate it.Now, I'm more confused.

May be try to uninstall and install it again.
What is the error ? (set the "loglevel" to "debug" in the plugin, sync again and send me the log file)

I am having a similar issue - please see extract from log below. I have checked that Outlook is my default mail client, I have tried reinstalling and both memotoo urls. I am running Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 64 bit. Thanks in advance.

I think the problem is the 64bits ... because Funambol do not work with Outlook 64bits.
