remove calendar "Share" buttons from bottom left of windowRSS Feed

With an increasing number of Categories to fit down the left of the calendar, the list of categories becomes scrolled. However I do not need the Share My Calendar button reducing space even more - I can "share" from the menu. Is it possible to remove the share button from the bottom left - or make it toggle on/off somehow? Also I experimented with an iCloud sync, and now I find that s second "iCOuld Sync" button is also fixed to the bottom left of the window - and even after I deleted the sync, I cannot remove its button! I see no reason for anything to appear below the list of categories. Is this possible to amend? Thank you

Ok Andrew now the Share button is removed when there is more 15 catgeories
(for the iCloud, logout and login again and it will disappear)
