Is it possible to add another memotoo account calendar to my account's calendar as remote calendar? This would be a good reason to subcribe for another Memotoo-Account ...

Yes it is possible but only access "read only" to a calendar of an another Memotoo account.
To do this add a remote calendar with the ICS link of the another Memotoo account:
