Hello,

I'm using memotoo for a long time meanwhile. And it's really a great tool for organizing myself.

But I'm not really satisfied with the task management. I'm using Thunderbird with Lightning-Plugin, an iPhone and I want to share some Information with my colleague(s).

Therefore I tried the Toodledo-Sync, but there's no possibility to sync alarms on the iPhone ... and 1-hour-syncing isn't really satisfying at all ...

Because there was a new memotoo-feature, the Exchange-Syncing, I bought the App eTask ( http://sites.google.com/site/dfaworks/etask) ... but I can't sync in Exchange-mode (Exchange-Server 2007/2010). If I enter the Exchange-Settings (exchange.memotoo.com) I have to define a Task folder. Therefore I have to brows the server, but if I use the Search-Button everytime I'm getting a "no answer from server"-error. Probably I have to define the Server-URL more detailed??? More Infos about the eTask-iPhone-Settings: http://sites.google.com/site/dfaworks/etask/exchange

In CalDAV-Server-mode nearly everything works fine. But I'm only able to view the entries on my iPhone. No changes will be saved. After the next sync, the changes are lost and I've got the old information from the memotoo-server on my iphone again.

I tried it with other iOS-apps too:

imExchange2 => no sync, no tasks
MoxierTasks lite => works, I can view my tasks - but I can only use ONE Exchange Account and it's in english

Because it works with MoxierTasks I think there must be a solution for eTask too. If somebody can help it would be great!

Hi,

FYI, for my personal stuff I use Toodledo, and have an app on my Android and sync also with Memotoo. But that's it. To sync from there to Thunderbird is also possible, but not with Microsoft Exchange, for example. At work they use Exchange, but I use Thunderbird and there simply isn't a decent way to sync the tasks. So I had to just keep my personal stuff as is, and work stuff on Exchange and Blackberry.

Not so simple.
