Does the new exchange sync option mean that there are alternatives to Funambol to sync my work Exchange based Outlook calendar and contacts with Memotoo?

My company don't like Outlook plugins

Hello

I have tried to add the synchronization with Outlook, but I think there is no option in Outlook to add an ActiveSync synchronization ...
If anyone know how to add this ?

Hi,

I think there must be a simple solution:
- Memotoo can sync with Carddav
- Davmail can enable any aplication using Carddav to syncronize with the my exchange server. DavMail is a POP/IMAP/SMTP/CalDAV/CardDAV/LDAP Exchange gateway allowing users to use any mail/calendar client (e.g. Thunderbird with Lightning) with a Microsoft Exchange server, even from the internet or behind a firewall through Outlook Web Access webmail (OWA) or Exchange Web Services (EWS).
- DavMail is a free software implemented in Java and distributed under the GNU GPL license.

There must be a way, that Memetoo can directly synchronize with the exchange server. The only problem is, that I might have to give you my login-data for my company.

Hi Nick

Yes I have received your email, and I think the problem come from the new version of the ActiveSync protocol.
I think I will found a solution this week. I will respond on the forum and send you an email when it is OK.
