Best practice for syncing calendar entries between Outlook, Memotoo & Google Calendar?

Hi all,

I've read multiple post about people having difficulties with this, so I'm wondering what's the best way to get my different calendars sync'ed?
- We're using Outlook 2010 at the office. There I can also see my coworkers' shared calendars.
- I'm using the Memotoo web-interface for my private stuff.
- I've got an Android phone running Cyanogen Mod and the regular calendar.

Is there a way to just show my Memotoo events in Outlook like an imported calendar? Or sync my Memotoo events with my Outlook calendar so my Memotoo entries are automatically private, while my Outlook entries are automatically considered work - and that the Google Calendar doesn't create a mess?
