How to sync multiple calendars ( Outlook, IPAD, Google Calendars)

I have 3 Calendars

DEFAULT: My default personal calendar, currently based on Outlook on my home computer
WORK: A work related, Exchange calendar, currently based on Outlook on my work computer
JOINT: A personal calendar that I want to share with my wife, currently based on Outlook on my home computer.

I want to be able to have these 3 live in the cloud and
Be able to edit them from Outlook at home or at work (as seperate calendars)
Be able to edit them from my or my wife's IPAD. (My wife would only have access to the JOINT calendar).

I am currently trying to configure MemoToo and Google Calendars to get this happening, and am having great difficulty.
Will memotoo allow me to keep these 3 calendars sepearate (e.g. through categories?) and let me sync these to 3 different calendars in Outlook?

If so, how?
if not, can someone suggest how I can about doing all this?
