Has anyone come across an "Offline Contact Editor"? Doing things on line is very difficult.

There is not offline editor for Memotoo, and I recon there won't be one ever. Just for the simple reason Memotoo is meant to be a web application, "in the cloud".

However, you can use Outlook or Thunderbird (or various other applications) to edit you contact information and then synchronize it with Memotoo.
