When configuring syncing, the user can choose specific categories to be synced (e.g.: calendar.12345, contact.8820234, etc).

If I'm setting up syncing on my phone, I may not remember the number for each category.

Is there a quick way to list all the numbers for my calendar and contact categories, so I can file them somewhere for when I need them?

In the sync history, you see calendar.12345, contact.8820234, ... and you can click on the number to show the category associated:
