Hi, I use Beyond Compare to synch my local files with Memotoo via FTP. When I send a file to the FTP site, I "touch" the local files with the timestamp of the FTP file, so they have the same timestamp.

But when I edit a file locally, it gets the local timestamp, and then looks "older" than the file on the FTP site. And the synch tool then copies the file from the FTP site over the local one, just because its timestamp is newer.

I tried touching the timestamps on the FTP site, but the FTP server did not allow me to.

Anyway: what do I do now? How can I make the FTP files keep the original local timestamp when I upload a file?

Thanks,
