I have email memotoo many times without any response. Why is there support so bad, also do you know if I delete my memotoo account will get my money back.

However e-mail messages I have sent so far are all answered fairly quickly, I certainly agree that the response from support some times is very bad. Some issues mentioned on these forums do not even get replied to ever.
The least I would expect is a response acknowledging the receipt of the suggestion, bug report, complaint...

I really hope this will get better soon

I face the same problem too
Never ever got any answer to my e-mails or forums posts.

Even if I'm a registered user and paid for extended Memotoo version ! That's a shame.

You have right to be not happy for the support sometimes ... Sorry ...
It take many times to respond to all email and improve Memotoo...

I will try to improve the support.

A suggestion: it may be a good idea to get someone to help you.
For starters a slightly more categorized forum/bug tracking system and someone to manage it (duplicate checking, closing fixed bug reports etc.) might help you win some time on the support.

I would love to know what you think of this.
