cell phone number sync issue

Here is my scenario. I have 2 computers running Thunderbird 3 and Funambol plug in. I also have a Blackberry running the Funambol plug in. The Blackberry will only sync the work cell phone number, not the home cell phone number. This I can deal with, but I have an issue where the cell phone number keeps getting moved from the work cell number to the home cell phone number. As near as I can guess, Thunderbird somehow is moving the number when a sync happens. This causes the cell numbers to disappear off of my Blackberry when it syncs. I have to keep moving the numbers to the work cell number field to correct it. This does not happen on every sync, but it does happen on a very regular basis. It also does not happen on every contact, which makes it even harder to figure out what is going on. Does anyone have any insight on how I can fix this?
