Hi,

I think perfectly my calendar between Google and memotoo, and beetwen memotoo en Outlook.

But i have a question about the reminder.
In fact when i create a new appointment :
on outlook : reminder 15 min before.
on memotoo : reminder 15 min before.
on gCal : reminde 15 min before OK but i have 2 reminder : Pop-up AND E-mail !

Is it possible too configure that to have only a pop-up ? on memotoo option ? on GCal option ?

Thanks for help.

French version
au cas ou mon anglais est vraiment trop pitoyable :
Lorsque je créé un nouveau rendez vous dans outlook au niveau rappel j'ai :
outlook rappel pop-up 15 min avant

Hello,

I have noticed the same behavior. If I enter a reminder on Outlook, after going through Memotoo, it becomes BOTH an email and a pop-up reminder on Google Calendar.

My set up: Outlook Funambol Plugin Memotoo Google Calendar

In Outlook and Memotoo, the appointment shows up as having a reminder but it is not labeled as email or pop-up. In Google calendar it shows up as BOTH an email and a pop-up reminder.

I suspect that this is the result of Google having two types of reminders and when it synchronizes, it sees just a generic reminder. In this situation it has to decide what to do and sets both reminders.

Can anyone confirm? Anyone have a solution or workaround?

Is it really a big problem than you have a reminder "pop-up" in Google ?
(I have done this choice to add a reminder "email" and "pop-up" in Google, when you have a reminder "email" in Memotoo for an event)

???

Hi,

Thanks for help.
In fact, i would like to note receive an e-mail.
Yes, just a pop-up is enough for me, in outlook it's just a remindre, not an e-mail...
