Hi,
I want to sync my contacts and calendar with a samsung S8000.
Since a few days I get an connection error on the phone.

In this case, I want to make a new complete sync.
When I choose this in memotoo, then memotoo display a message, that a connection error will happen.

And the message is right. After sync about 10 contacts a connection error come.
But I don't know why. I guess, that a sign or something else is one contact which can't sync with my phone.

Is there a function in memotoo to get a better message about the connection error?

Hi Günter

There is no error in the Memotoo log files.
Can you try again to synchronoze, I will log the synchronization to see if there is something wrong.
Telle me when you have synced.

So I did a new sync.

When I choose the complete sync on memtotoo, the message about the possible connection error come.
On my S8000 come the message network connection failure.

The sync start, Memotoo start to send contacts to your phone, and your phone not reply ...
Can you try again to sync I want to log an other thing ?

So, I did the sync again.

The sync stops always at the same contact. But I don't know which is the contact with bad information.

I do not think it's a problem from one contact, I think the phone do not want the contacts again. Have you contacts in your phone ? Is it empty ??

Can you try again to sync I want to log an other thing ?

BTW: With every sync (since the problem) a delete the whole contacts before a new sync.
