Hi,

I use several email addresses for several purposes, and when I compose an email I want to be able to decide from which account this email should be sent. Obviously, Memotoo supports this (there is a drop-down box to select the sender in the message compose window), but I cannot find how to add additional email addresses.

I tried changing "My Memotoo profile", changing the address there and adding more addresses for Work and Other, but the changes did not show up in the message compose window.

I discovered the "My Email Addresses" tab and enabled it in the setting, but it won't let me add more contacts that have the same name.

Now: Where can I add more profiles (name and email address) to show up in the sender drop-down box of the message compose window?

Ideally, I'd like to be able to setup additional "Send from" addresses and there does appear to be a drop down choice when sending an email but no way to add addresses to populate it. Odd.

I fundamentally don't want Memotoo to be downloading all my emails for my other accounts etc. which it seems I would have to do in the way you're suggesting (am I wrong here?). In GMail, Hotmail and Yahoo etc. one would simply add a "Send As:" entry to their account's settings and then receive an email at that "Send As:" email address for confirmation\authorization. Is there a reason Memotoo is unable to take this practical approach? I absolutely don't want all my email for any of my addresses showing up in Memotoo and I imagine I'm not alone. Thanks and let me know if I misunderstood.

That's why you can send e-mail with only your @e-mail and @e-mail that are defined in your E-mail Accounts: https://www.memotoo.com/my-email-accounts.php So if you do not want add E-mail Accounts, change your main @e-mail: https://www.memotoo.com/my-account.php
