Bonjour!
As I said in my Subject line, I have just started using Memotoo (paid for 1 year) and I think you have put together a fabulous package of services. There is nothing out there that comes even close to Memotoo - I should know, since I've been looking for something like it for a while.
My only fear is that Microsoft is going to come in and buy you out!

Or that the price will increase...

While I still have to explore some of the features offered by Memotoo, let me offer a comment on the first things that struck me as requiring improvement to make this website more accessible:
1. the web design - it's cluttered and somewhat primitive, not organized in a pleasant, clear and simple manner
2. the Help information - there almost none - a lot more is needed!

This being said, I also noticed that you answer questions promptly - congratulations!
I do have a problem with using Memotoo, but I'll put it in a separate message.
