How to sync from phone to a calendar category

I sync with memotoo to two calendars (e.g. 'prive', and 'birtdays'). I also sync with my phone calendar. How do I set this up?

If I make the same categories (prive, birthdays) in memotoo, I can sync between google and memotoo fine. Syncing form memotoo to phone is also ok. But appointments created on the phone will be synced back to an unnamed category in memotoo, so will never show up on google.

If I sync the prive category from google <--> default category in memotoo, and the birthdays <---> birthdays category, then with the sync back to google all my birthdays will be in both birthdays and prive on google (Apperently memotoo assumes birthdays is just a subfolder of the unnamed catgeory).

How do I achieve that both categories from google show up in my memotoo account and phone and that new appointments on my phone end up in my prive category?
