I would like to create a custom date field in memotoo that will sync with the anniversary date field in Outlook 2007. Any help would be appreciated!

Ok I have modified to sync Anniversary with Outlook

1 - Go to the custom fields: https://www.memotoo.com/my-addressbook-and-contacts.php?rub=prefs#fieldperso
2 - Add field with theses informations:
Name: Anniversary
vCard / SyncML syntax: X-ANNIVERSARY
???

Hello Thomas,
I followed your instructions and did a recover with Funambol Syncml but the fields did not sync over to memotoo. Also I noticed that some of my contacts did not sync properly to memotoo. About 3 of my contacts are missing information and are not being placed in the right Category. What am I missing? Thanks!

The anniversary have been synced (look in tab "Other" at the bottom in the contact wiew) but "Anniversary" is not the "Birthday".

This screenshot is a copy of a contact in Outlook:

You can view I have two fields "Anniversaire" (for the "Birthday") and "Anniversaire de mariage / fête" (for the "Anniversary")

Can you modify in Outlook the contact who are not in the good group, and sync ? Tell me the name of one of them.

Hello Thomas,
Thank you for your help! I have resolved the problem. I had some characters in the outlook fields that were keeping them from syncing properly. I now have it resolved and the Anniversary fields and other information is coming through good.
