CardDAV synch not returning dataRSS Feed

I'm trying to synch through cardDAV to roundcube (using the carddav plugin).

If the source of data is ownCloud, then it works fine (so the roundcube plugin is working). However if I try and use:
https://www.memotoo.com:443/cardDAV/

Then I get the message "no addressbook found".

If I go directly to the https://www.memotoo.com:443/cardDAV/ in a broswer, the page is blank.

Can someone please help?

Can you try again to sync ? I will log the sync.
Tell me when you done this.

With browser, normally you see a HTML view of the list of your contacts.

I tried it just now, but still a blank page in the web browser. This appears to be intermittent, since I tried before and it worked.
