A repeatable event is shown at the right time only in the time zone that I create them. If I create it in daylight savings time it is shown as it is between end of March and end of October, from November on it is displayed with an offset from -1 hour. If I create it outside of daylight savings time it is displayed with an offset of +1 hour in daylight savings time.

Exceptions in events are displayed, rather than hided. After deleting in the iPad they stays hidden, which is right.
