Todos synced between Outlook Outlook and Memotoo are always PrivateRSS Feed

I create a todo in Outlook and does *not* click to Private. After syncing with Memotoo using Funambol Windows Sync it has changed to Private.
As I can see Memotoo does not reflect this, there is no possiblity to set Public or Private of a todo. But then it should not change this in outlook.
