Hi!
I am trying to connect my Outlook 2010 with exchange.memotoo.com using this manual: http://wiki.memotoo.com/wiki/How_to_sync_Memotoo_and_ActiveSync_with_Outlook_2013

The settings are exactly as mentioned in the wiki, but Outlook is unable to connect. Do you have any advice?

Sorry Arjan, it does not work for Outlook 2010...
You must use the Funambol plugin: https://www.memotoo.com/how-to-sync-microsoft-outlook.php
