A few people in our organization are using memotoo to sync calendars and we realized that it stopped syncing at the end of Feb. I checked and memotoo server had reset the Zimbra server to Shedule Sync? instead of Hourly. When it did finally resync everything one of the users was getting his appointments synced 6 hours later than they should have been in our time zone. I checked all of his memotoo time zone and server settings as well as his computer and phone settings and they all have the correct time zone?

We since then deleted everything and proceeded to setup memotoo from scratch. Now the time is correct but between zimbra server and memotoo this user is getting 3 duplicates of every appointment. These duplicates do not show up in "find duplicates". Can you please help?

An update to this. It appears to be recurring appointments/events are not in the correct time zone. We have configure CST for all devices and calendars, however, any reoccurring events appear to be in GMT or 6 hours difference.

Ok I have corrected the synchronization with your Zimbra because it has some specification for the date.
Send me by email if you want I correct the calendar of others users of your company.

I will email you the other users. One major issue has been re-occurring events. Example, there is no option in memotoo for an event to reoccur only on weekdays. In Zimbra if you setup an event to occur every day Monday-Friday and you sync it to memotoo it will show up on Saturday and Sunday as well. Memotoo's current options are for every 1 day,week,month,year and this isn't very practical for a business.

I think you can do what you want by adding a Weekly recurrence in memotoo:

We don't create events in memotoo only on our phones or in Zimbra. If we create a weekday event in zimbra it should sync to the every week M-F not everyday. I think that is where the bug is. It would be a pain to have to edit every reoccurring event in memotoo and defeats the purpose of having a calendar sync. If I set an event to occur the first monday of every month it should sync that event across all platforms.
