Problems with synchronizing after a upgrade to the paid versionRSS Feed

Yesterday I opened an free account, but I realized later that I needed a paid account to transfer my contact to my phone. So today I got a paid account.I added the contact to my Mac and than synchronized it with Memotoo and than to my phone (samsng GT-C6712).
Till the 50 contacts it went fine (on the free account), but when I add more contacts and try to synchronize it with Memotoo, the contacts than don't appear in Memotoo. The Memotoo server overruled my Mac OSX address book and made all but the first added 50 contacts disappear. 
I tried to import the backup of my addressbook (Mac OSX), but if I connect to Memotoo all the contact disappear.
Now I have a 2 questions:
-How can I solve this?
-Is a complete synchronization possible (so that I can add a contact in my address book (Mac OSX) or phone) ?

Yes you can do a complete synchronization with your phone.

Try to import the backup of my addressbook (Mac OSX). Send me the file if you have problem.

I have the exact same problem after the same scenario - but with my Nokia N9.

You have the same problem but only with the calendar and your Nokia ?
Only 50 events have been sent to Memotoo ?
