syncing with Sony-Ericsson Z520a?

(please excuse my English-language post. Feel free to respond in French - I use a translatation extension for Firefox that will allow me to translate and read any responses)

I recently discovered MemoToo.com and I'm very impressed by both the site & the service.

One problem I'm having, though: I'm unable to sync to MemoToo with my Sony-Ericsson Z520a cell phone. When I attempt to do a sync, I receive an "Invalid Server Response" error message. I notice that the Z520a is not listed on the MemoToo page as a compatible SyncML device here:

I can successfully sync this same phone with another similar service called "ScheduledWorld.com" that also uses Sync4J/Funambol as its SyncML server. I suspect that MemoToo just needs to modify one or more configuration files on their server so that it will see the Z520a as a "valid" SyncML device.

I have contacted MemoToo about this, but so far I've received no response. Perhaps like many Europeans they are on vacation during the month of August?

Any information or suggestions will be much appreciated. I'm currently using a limited-free MemoToo account, but I would be happy to sign-up for their pay service if this problem can be fixed.

I've also sent you the phone's IMEI # via email. Perhaps this information will help you to debug the problem on your end? I assume the server probably has some kind of error log.
