Hi

I have just started using the paid service, and it works well, except that it seems to always update all the records, both on y phone and in outlook.

Obviously this means that updates are slower and cost more on the phone.

Is this normal, or do I have a problem with settings (perhaps time)

The time and date seem to match between the website, phone and outlook
