Sync many Mozilla Thunderbird with the same account and Funambol plugin IN UBUNTU / LINUX

Hi,

I'm trying to sync a couple of PCs with ThunderBird 2.0.0.22 and I have the same issue as described in
http://wiki.memotoo.com/wiki/Sync_many_Mozilla_Thunderbird_with_the_same_account...
but I run Ubuntu! So I don't know how to change DevId.

I've googled and I've found this: http://markmail.org/message/jvrgzcfc7ab4frhy

But this seems to refer to an older release of the Funambol plugin. I'm running funambol-mozilla-sync-client-linux-v0.9.1 and I can't find the file:
".sync4j/Funambol/MozillaThunderClient/spds/syncml/DevInfo/config.txt"
I've only found this file:
/home/$USER/.mozilla-thunderbird/80z9is3n.default/extensions/ syncmlplugin@funambol.com/components/fnblConfig.xpt
But it's not a text file and I don't know how to change DevId

Before it wasn't working well, and now I've seen this "hint" in Memotoo and I can understand why it wasn't working fine. Now my problem is I cannot aply it in Linux
