Hello,

I am using Thunderbird with Linux (2.0.0.17 (20080914) with Lightning 0.9) and am trying to sync my contacts and calendars with memotoo but I have several problems to solve.

a) I can not synchronize a Calendar using the SoGo Connector. After I type in my credentials when trying to login nothing happens. I tried version 0.81 which is linked in Memotoo and the current release.

b) When using the Funambol Plugin to sync the addressbook the birthdays are not imported into Thunderbird and Work email are saved as primary email. The original primary address gets lost.

c) When I use the TSync some phone numbers get lost.

I just want to have an up to date addressbook and calendar with all fields I have in Memotoo. Is there anything I am missing?

You will see too the "work email" will be in primary email and if the contact hasn't "work email" the primary email will be the "perosnal email". Sorry you can't have the birthdays with the Funambol Plugin, if you want birthdays in the calendar Lightning use the link iCalendar. I installed an addon for thunderbird (MoreFunctionsForAddressBook 0.5.3) that can display a birthday within the contact details. Is there anything you can do about that?

And sometimes, when i modify a field for an existing contact in thunderbird address book, the contact is displayed in duplicate, until i manually force the sync. it could be a bug in sogo connector, couldn't it? I have tried some tests and no proddibility.... May be contact "MoreFunctionsForAddressBook" ? Yes it is normal to have the personnal email in the fields (primary and alternative email) because it's a tip to do not have a message when "primary email" is empty. I understand it's a little strange
