I regularly get an email, bacause the limit for the free version of Memotoo has been reached. Since I created multiple accounts for a lot of different people and the username is nowhere to be found in the email, I have no idea which account is causing the emails I am getting.
Therefore I would suggest to always put the fitting username in any email you send.

Now I have noticed the same problem with an email, confirming that I registered for the PREMIUM version, where again, there is no username in the mail and I do not know which user it is about.
It would be nice if the username could be mentioned in all of your emails.
