Novice dans ces prtocoles, je n'ai pas trouvé comment "uploader" tout un fichiers ICS.

Vous pouvez soit importer un fichier iCalendar (ics) ici:
https://www.memotoo.com/my-calendar-how-to-import-and-export.php
Soit intégrer l'url du calendrier ics dans un calendrier distant: "Ajouter un calendrier distant"
