Unable to sync between iMac/MacOS 10.12.6 Contacts and MemotooRSS Feed

I am unable to sync between Mail on my IMac and my Memotoo account. I have set up the Memotoo Internet account on the iMac using the instructions here: https://www.memotoo.com/how-to-sync-your-contacts-with-carddav.php
Contacts tries to connect but seems to "time-out" with a little exclamation triangle which has the message "The network connection was lost".

Anyone know if or how often Memotoo monitors this forum? No replies have been posted to messages since the beginning of October.

If there is no help to get synchronization working, then the whole point of using Memotoo seems somewhat moot.

Ok now this problem is solved
The problem was a wrong format of the PHOTO in vCard sent by Memotoo to "Contacts" app.
