Active Sync problem with Tine 2.0

Hello!

I wrote you twice. Once directly over your contact form and once per email. Got no answer since more than a week!?!

My question was about an ActiveSync Problem (stored in memotoo "synchronisationsverlauf": "tine/ActiveSync"), where I get the message:

"Error: Wrong response - may be ask Memotoo Webmaster to change the Protocol Version"

Can you change the protocoll, cause it seems like a wrong option from your side, because the ActiveSync server says "it works!".

(but I don't have Microsoft Exchange, I have Tine 2.0)

I hope to get an answer!
