I would like to know whether it is possible to change the email address used to send email to contacts. Currently it only gives me the option to use the email assigned to my memotoo which is my personal email. I would like to use my work email

Yes it is possible, add an Email account in your Memotoo account:
https://www.memotoo.com/my-email-accounts.php
and after you could use this email address to send e-mails "Ask my contacts to update their information":
https://www.memotoo.com/my-addressbook-and-contacts.php?rub=update

Ok it worked i logged out and then logged in

Problem but is that i wish my contact to be able to add info in the Notes field. Yet apparently this is not visible in the Contact update page they are provided.

Can i add this?

I did select the other email address as you adviced but i realised that it is still being sent from my default address. I think it's a bug
