My settings, to use the email are correct, I even tried them elsewhere (outlook and netvibes widget) and they work there, but it is not working here, can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? The port, protocol, etc.. is perfect. The send mail worked fine. Any ideas? I am tried it in IE7 and FF3.

This is the error I get: Connection error to host: pop.secureserver.net:110 - Account: rders@chicflorall.com" rel="nofollow">orders@chicflorall.com

Thanks for your help and cool product. I signed up for two years and am going to use it at our florist.

I paid for the 2 year subscription and am getting awful customer service. Someone fix the email or reply to my posts above letting us know you are working on it. For now, I would take it off your list of features since it does not work.

Ok I found the problem, now it's OK you can view your emails

The problem came from server "pop.secureserver.net" because it doesn't the default authentification, so I force to an another.
